Writer and Actress
Rachael loves telling character-driven stories brimming with passion, cheeky wit, and a vulnerable authenticity.
Rachael grew up in a tiny rural town in country Victoria, Australia. With no cinema and access only to a fuzzy, local television broadcast, Rachael wrote, danced, and explored the landscape to entertain herself and her friends. She was bored enough to climb the Himalayas when she was sixteen, and has been conquering figurative mountains ever since.
An IT Business Analyst by trade, Rachael graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University. Being a curious type, she studied everything from chemistry, physiology, psychology to literature and film.
Rachael is a graduate of the Professional TV Writing Program at the University of California (UCLA). She predominantly writes feature films and TV, in the thriller, action, and sci-fi space.
Rachael is a graduate of the Howard Fine Studio Full Time Acting Program. She has trained and worked with some of the best talent in Australia and Los Angeles, including Howard Fine, Geoffrey Wright (Romper Stomper), Kevin Carlin (Neighbours), David Coury, Jean-Louis Rodrigue, and Daniel Armstrong. Rachael is known for playing strong, sexy, and raw characters, exploring tough on the outside, haunted on the inside.
