Rachael Blackwood is known for playing strong, beautiful, and raw characters. From a stoic English war widow, to a control-freak office worker, to the ultimate ice queen, Rachael explores tough on the outside, haunted on the inside.

Most recently, Rachael channelled Meryl Streep in The Devil Wears Prada for her role as nasty boss Rita in Exit.

As well as being an accomplished actress, Rachael has professional credits as a presenter and host (including autocue), dancer, face painter, and writer/editor.

In 2010, feature films Swing It (rough cut trailer here) and Restore are scheduled for release. Short film Only Connect is doing the festival circuit.
